This is not just a visual feast, although it’s that too. It is a thought-provoking exposition of a living nightmare that bears an uncanny resemblance to what we laughingly refer to as reality. It presents a coherent vision of what might lie just beneath the surface of what we see. Call it metaphor, call it a disclosure, call it anything you want, it stubbornly remains a disturbing presence, no matter how many viewers dismiss it as a C-rated space opera.

Really unsure how this gem of a movie does not have cult hero status. Excellent sci-fi with brilliant characters, actors and effects. Don’t listen to the tomatometer score if you’re a sci-fi fan. Just watch and enjoy.

Well written, Acted and filmed. In my top 10 best movies of all time. The intergalactic bueraucracy is spot on. Excellent casting and cast.. Eddy redmain Mila Kunis and Rotten tomatoes has this one completely wrong. Something is fishy with the low rating. This and Seventh son made money but both had Karens rating it. Did screen rant have someone going through depression divorce and cancer deciding to get even with the Universe? Or just a contagion of delusion grip the internet. Truely Rotten tomatoes and Wikipedia are the occasional play things of manipulative Kens!!
