Movie Info

Silent screen star Bob Custer was even more laconic than usual in this extremely low-budget Western produced by the ridiculously misnamed Big Four Productions. Custer played The Kid, a young cowboy who obtains a job on the Beckett Ranch. He quickly falls for the adopted daughter (Lillian Rich) of rancher "Hardshell" Beckett (Lafe Mckee), but she wants nothing to do with him; that is, not until he saves her from her lecherous foster-brother, John (George Chesebro). The latter frames The Kid in a robbery but a mark of a spur on John's forearm ultimately gives him away as the true culprit.
