Author and U.S. Army veteran Wes Moore hosts this new series focusing on challenges facing veterans returning home from Iraq and Afghanistan. Prompted by the suicide of one of his oldest friends, who was also an officer, Wes delves into the personal lives of combat veterans as they try to work their way back into everyday American life. Topics covered include why some veterans are able to move on with their lives while others cannot, how a person's identity changes during deployment and again upon returning home, and the veteran's drive to find a new mission.
