Most Legends episodes are a lot, bless 'em. That this one feels a little overstuffed is perhaps to be expected...but the positives far outweigh the negatives.

["Tagumo Attacks!!!"] was a bit chaotic, giving us four distinct storylines and subplots piling on top of subplots, to the point where it was hard to care too much about any one person...But there was one scene that made the whole ride worth it.
