DeRon Jenkins played college football at the University of Tennessee, and his seven-year career as an NFL defensive back included a stint with the Tennessee Titans. So it isn't surprising that once Jenkins retired from football, he decided to make the Volunteer State his permanent home when he fell in love with the capital of Nashville. That's where Jenkins became a licensed contractor and began a romantic and professional relationship with real estate agent Page Turner. Now an ex-couple, DeRon and Page still work together, taking advantage of the city's booming housing market and older houses that need renovation. This entry in HGTV's "Flip or Flop" franchise follows the business partners, who find depressed properties in Nashville and transform them into stylish and functional family homes.
