This reality series, which comes from the producers of "The Purge" and "Lore," provides viewers with a chilling glimpse into first-person accounts of supernatural events. People who have witnessed horrifying, peculiar or extraordinary events tell their tales, which include how the unexplained phenomena continue to haunt them. Stories include a boy who is haunted by visions of a woman hanging in his closet and sisters who grew up in a real-life house of horrors with a sadistic father who did unspeakable things.

the s @The_Stranger 06/01/2022 This series is just like all the other ones that they constantly stream on free streaming channels that were recorded in the 90s and early aughts. Strangely, many of them seemed to be recorded in Canada (I tend to think of Canadians as the more sane counterpart to Americans but not when it comes to ghosts, apparently). These claim to be "true stories" and it has the person telling the story to a small room of friends and even the friends have that "this person is either crazy or making this stuff up" look on their faces. Some of the stories are just mind numbingly boring and tend to evolve around an Illness (because, you know, illness is a sign of a demonic presence, lol). Same rules applies as applied in the 90s: If you're going to offer to put people on camera and pay them something, suddenly everyone has a "omg haunted house" story. Made up, concocted, contrived, fabricated, not worth your time. Not even worth a review, to be frank about it. See more 10/21/2021 I love this series!
