He brings out a lot of cultural activities that you may not see in other shows, and he brings his usual personality and self deprecating humor. I hope he continues to do more of the travel shows. I thought the comedy lady travel partner was hilarious and awesome. I liked the Holi festival and it was very interesting to see the uniqueness of the culture there. James just doesn't have the charisma on his own, he's not funny, the first series in Japan was actually becoming boring by the end. The India one now has me asking google what's wrong with James May, he seems pretty shaky, his attempts at being funny and witty are very wearing.
