Curtis Stone hosts a competition that has cooks vying in a series of increasingly difficult rounds against elite chefs for a chance at winning $25,000. After each round, a rotating panel of judges picks the winning dish in a blind taste test. If the challenger's dish is chosen, he or she has a choice to make: Move to the next level against another famous chef or take the money and run. If one chooses to go to the next round, he/she risks all money earned up to that point. If the competitor reaches and wins the final round, $25,000 is the prize. The roster each faces includes Michael Chiarello, "Iron Chef" Geoffrey Zakarian and Jet Tila. Stone may participate in a few challenges, too.
