02/09/2022 While I would recommend this as a new and fresh idea bringing seasoned food critics and financial backers together with young entrepreneurs, some of the final choices were a surprise. Everyone wants to be a chef today, but really good food isn't always plate-gorgeous. My biggest concern throughout all episodes is that many cooks and wait staff look relatively grungy and you wonder, as you always do about restaurant kitchens, is how clean are they?
