Tom Shales Washington Post 06/20/2019
"Prey" is filled with dopey implausibilities and horror cliches, and its basic premise seems riddled with loopholes. Series producers and creators Charlie Craig and William Schmidt haven't let their imaginations run nearly wild enough. Go to Full Review
Caryn James New York Times 06/20/2019
Silly at its core and straight-faced in its delivery, ''Prey'' is also effective as a thriller and a sly science-fiction story. Go to Full Review
Tim Goodman San Francisco Chronicle 06/20/2019
"Prey" has loads of potential and, at least in the pilot, has the dark and murky something's-terribly-wrong-here feel to it that moves "The X-Files." Go to Full Review
Terry Kelleher People Magazine 06/20/2019
C+
The first episode goes too heavy on creepy atmosphere, and some of the dialogue must be heard to be disbelieved. Go to Full Review
