Marki Costello, the granddaughter of famed comedian Lou Costello, runs one of the most successful talent management companies in Los Angeles. She is a highly sought-after manager who knows how to turn unknowns into celebrities. This hourlong show brings viewers inside Costello's world as she builds entertainment careers and teaches her clients how to be stars. While she's in charge of her "second family" at the office, long-time boyfriend, Tommy, makes sure things run smoothly at home, especially when it comes to their young son. Costello's teenage son makes sure she knows what's going on at all times on the homefront. Although she keeps a busy work schedule, Costello tries her best to balance her demanding career with her equally demanding family life.
