Parenting isn't easy, which is why people like Jill Spivack are able to make careers out of helping parents learn how to raise their kids. Spivack runs one of the most in-demand mommy groups in Los Angeles, offering advice to mothers on such topics as transitioning to parenthood, marital issues and maintaining a work-life balance. This reality series follows several women in Spivack's group who have unique parenting styles. Although they focus on their own insecurities, they also try to improve one another's lives. During the eight-week program, some quickly become friends and others become frenemies while sharing frustrations, exchanging parenting tips and bonding over the unpredictability of motherhood.
