      Throughout his Hollywood career, Mick Jones's musical talent was featured in a variety of Hollywood productions. Jones began his entertainment career with his music featured in films like "Party, Party" (1982), "Valley Girl" (1983) and the musical drama "Footloose" (1984) with Kevin Bacon. His music also appeared in "Iron Eagle" (1986). Though known first for his music, Jones also acted in "The King of Comedy" (1983) with Robert De Niro. Jones was nominated for a Best Original Song - Motion Picture Golden Globe Award for "Still Crazy" in 1998. In the early 2000s, Jones's music continued to appear on the silver screen, including in films like the Douglas Henshall comedic drama "Fast Food" (2000), the dramatic adaptation "Hanging Up" (2000) with Meg Ryan and the Harry Enfield comedy "Kevin and Perry Go Large" (2000). His work was also in the Tom Courtenay comedy "Whatever Happened to Harold Smith?" (2001). Jones's music was also featured in "The Rocker" (2008), the Jesse Eisenberg dramedy "Adventureland" (2009) and the adventure "The Brothers Bloom" (2009) with Adrien Brody.
