Alan Foster worked on a variety of projects during his entertainment career. Foster's early acting career mostly consisted of roles in various films, such as "Black Market Babies" (1945), the crime feature "The Enforcer" (1951) with Humphrey Bogart and the Joan Davis comedy "Harem Girl" (1952). He also appeared in the TV movie "The Stranger" (NBC, 1972-73). In the seventies and the nineties, Foster devoted his time to various credits, such as "Mayday at 40,000 Feet!" (CBS, 1976-77), "Be Careful Out There With Neil Thackaberry" (PBS, 1992-93) and "Bobby Darin: Beyond the Song" (PBS, 1998-99). He also worked on "Linda Eder in Concert" (PBS, 1998-99). Foster had a number of different projects under his belt in the nineties, including "Suze Orman: The Courage to Be Rich" (PBS, 1998-99), "The Irish Tenors" (PBS, 1998-99) and "Blast!" (PBS, 1999-2000). His credits also expanded to "The Irish Tenors: Live From Belfast" (PBS, 1999-2000). Foster most recently worked on "Red Green Live '02" (PBS, 2001-02).
