Raised on a Kansas farm, actress Jamie Anne Allman first appeared on television in 1999, and, by 2002, she began a seven-episode stint on the critically lauded cop series "The Shield." Two years later, she appeared in the big-screen romance "The Notebook," and, in 2008, she starred in the horror film "Farmhouse," a chiller set in Allman's native Midwest. For the remainder of the decade, the actress took small film and television parts, but she landed the largest role of her career to date in 2011, portraying Terry Marek on AMC's dark mystery drama "The Killing." She is married to fellow actor Marshall Allman.
