JID

JID is a wrapper and singer who was born in Atlanta, Georgia. He played football in high school and went on to play for two seasons in college. He moved in with the rap duo known as EarthGang and began releasing music. His first mixtape was released in 2010 and released additional mixtapes in 2011, 2012 and 2013. JID's premiere studio album "The Never Story" was released in 2017 and peaked at 197 on the US Billboard 200 chart. In 2019, JID began touring and continued to release music, and was included on Dreamville's compilation album, "Revenge of the Dreamers III." JID has collaborated with several artists including Doja Cat, Imagine Dragons, Kenny Mason, Lil Wayne and Conway the Machine. JID has music featured in the film "Creed III" (2023).
