Mary S 08/11/2023 I'm a longtime drum corps fan and an alumni and love to watch this yearly competition in movie theaters, especially since there are no local competitions in the Pacific Northwest. After about twenty minutes they reduced the sound so much that it had no impact. The quality of the cameras was quite poor in my opinion. DCI and Flo March do such a great job with their videos, but this really missed the mark for me. The performances on the other hand were excellent and the camera angles captured the highlighted portions of the programs quite well. Historical backgrounds on each band was informative and nostalgic. It was also very interesting to hear the stories of how the band's show pieces were created and the symbolism that was being represented. See more Read all reviews
