A Persian Gulf dictator, Tufuti (Ivan Lucas), invades the country of Karifistan, subsequently plunging the United States into war. America's best soldiers respond to the call of duty. And so does good-natured bumbling yokel Ernest P. Worrell (Jim Varney). However, Ernest is anything but a conventional soldier, and he causes major military havoc.
