Lonely at the North Pole, the magic snowman is pleased when his human friends build a wife for him. He gives her a bouquet of frost flowers, which brings her to life with his trademark line, "Happy birthday!" The couple's happiness makes Jack Frost jealous, and he tries to separate them. A well-timed blizzard threatens to halt the nuptials of Frosty and Crystal, but she pleads with Jack Frost to stop the storm and asks him to be their best man.
