09/15/2011 amazing doc about international graffiti artists from various cities NYC, Paris, Rio, etc a their work make sure 2 check out the plethra of extras. See more 03/14/2010 Intersting lineup of artists, they all converge in expression but their personal and geographical contexts separate them in technique, artistry and philosophy. The variety of geography and individual vision is truly inspiring, its a contemporary look at some of the most energetic and original artists within their own discipline of street-art. The creators refrain from commenting on the legality issues and also add interviews from street-art outsiders that have effect on the culture such as a graffiti removal team, a houseowner and a guy who puts up posters for the billboard company, among other casual meetings. Interstingly enough they seem to share the same thoughts even though their positions are different when it comes to art and society. A well directed document of the state of street art seen through its artists with some in depth portrayal, its almost the antithesis of the traditional graffiti movie where the artists themselves are marginalized and the focus is turned to the result and execution of their work. I will be watching this again! See more Read all reviews
