Jul 20, 2017Not as bad as I was expecting but it's still pretty poor, I was born 7 years after this film released so I can't comment on if the 3D was any good but I'm going to take a guess and say no it wasn't good in 3D, The effects were god awful most of the time even for its year, The shark effects were ok at times but when it's on screen too much it looks worse and worse each time, The acting didn't help either as nobody put in a good acting performance, It's a shame they didn't stop after the 2nd but it's too late to change things now.

Dec 24, 2016Extraordinarily bad, terror comes to the third dimension in Jaws 3-D. Lying in wait, a great white shark terrorizes Sea World. The plot is terrible and the acting isn't much better; with the exception of Lea Thompson, who's incredibly charismatic and steals every scene she's in. Shot for 3D, the special effects are atrocious, full of gimmicky shots of thing's flying out at the audience and superimposed images that stick out like a sore thumb. And the shark isn't really that frightening; becoming more of a joke, especially when he gets owned by a pair of dauphins. A cheap, exploitation film, Jaws 3-D is an absolute trainwreck.

Nov 26, 2015"Jaws 3" is even a more unnecessary film than "Jaws 2". The acting in this movie is bad, there are so many scenes where the actors aren't even trying. The plot to "Jaws 3" is boring. There is no character change at all. The genre of "Jaws 3" is Horror. There is literally no horror, no suspense and no intense scenes. The music in this film is terrible. The music makes no scenes more intense. The special effects in this movie are literally the worst special effects I have ever seen in a movie made in the 1980's. The effects in this movie are so bad they're hilarious. And that's not a good thing. If you enjoyed the original "Jaws" like I did than do not watch this movie. I give "Jaws 3" a 2/10.

Nov 09, 2012Wow, what a fall this movie franchise saw. Jaws 3 is only slightly watchable as a comedy. I mean mama Jaws at Sea World avenging the death of her baby Jaws is about the dumbest idea I think anyone could have come up with. Supremely cheesy acting combined with mind-numbingly terrible special effects make this 1 hr 39 min movie feel like it takes a week.
