When slick sports agent Jerry Maguire (Tom Cruise) has a crisis of conscience, he pens a heartfelt company-wide memo that promptly gets him fired. Jerry still isn't sure how to be a human being -- at least in the beginning and the middle of the film. And watching Cruise's character evolve -- yet keep his sense of humor -- is what makes this film so much fun.

Still AMAZING 30 years later. Cruise, Cuba, Renee just stellar. The writing and directing fantastic. The theater was packed with younger people who seemed to be seeing it for the first time and they were laughing and clapped at the end.
