Things just seem to happen and the movie never finds a good rhythm. Random time jumps and a romance that is not entirely convincing totally threw me off. However, strong performances by the male and female leads make this movie a tolerable movie to watch. See more Sep 18, 2008 A llittle boring but not a bad movie though. A typical high-school love story from Japan. The filming was good but like I said, it's kind of boring without any surprises and specials. I don't mind a movie being slow, but it failed to capture some of the emotions or attachments between people. I know it wanted to, but it didn't... at least they didn't deliver it on screen.
