06/25/2008 Fascinating documentary. These women are really amazing. Inspiring. See more 02/02/2008 Very good documentary, it makes me realize that we all take our jobs for granted. What guts these women had in taking over the factory after the owners abandoned them. It was thrilling to watch and it was so incredible the passion these people felt for their jobs...their sustaining to their families and how they made this all work after years of struggle to their favor.
