Lovely continuation in the story from season 1. Obvious connections from where the characters last took place showcasing new challenges, growth, and more depth to the shows environment.

Although I love everyone in the show, season 2 felt like a completely different show from season 1. They heightened the surreal but downgraded on the funny. What I found great about season 1 was the continuous journey we were on with Nora and her life. This season, except for the final episode "Home," Nora's life was at a standstill and so were the laughs. If it gets a 3rd season, hopefully we'll get back to Nora's quest for meaning and purpose. That's where I find the show shines brightest. And of course, more Grandma.

Finally finished the 2nd season of Awkwafina Is Nora from Queens and it was phenomenal, better then the first season it felt more natural and didn't feel like the show was trying so hard. The writing was exceptional, hilarious like the first season but love how they incorporated more serious moments into this season and love the crazy and weird sci-fi element they incorporated into the episode Stop! Nora Time. The performances from Awkwafina, Lori Tan Chinn, Chrissie Fit, Bowen Yang, Jennifer Esposito, BD Wong, Margaret Cho, Haley Joel Osment, and Lauren Ash were outstanding. Also the music was great. An A+ sophomore season.

This show is funny, sad, and entertaining to watch. I really like Nora and her grandma is so hilarious that she lights up the show. This show is amazing!

    Needs more stories involving Grandma

This continues to be a hilarious and heartfelt addition to the Comedy Central line up. We get more exposure to the core characters and introduced to new ones. I am so glad this show did not simply recycle Season 1 material. Still raw and cutting edge. Queens and a love of NYC still a character in the entire show. This season explores the characters in greater depth. Akwafina is a great physical comedian-sometimes her physical reactions and body language alone are hysterical. This is up there with any Network sitcoms of the last 15 years. The Season 2 Finale proves there is more to this show than just humor.

Hilarious but same as season 1. Grandma seems to have a bigger role this season.
