In each episode the couple name their budget and describe how they want their day to look and feel. The designers then go to work, coming up with a location and an overall theme before creating the countless elements that go into planning a wedding, from the menu and the floral design to the décor and the music. After the couple tour each designer's location and are presented with the wedding concept, they choose a winner.
