This reality series profiles a group of young people who work aboard yachts that measure well over 100 feet long. The crew members, known as yachties, live aboard the luxurious, privately owned vessels while making sure that their demanding clients' ever-changing needs are met. The yachties share a passion for a job that allows them to visit some of the world's most beautiful places. Each episode features a different group of passengers -- ranging from millionaires to hard-partying friends -- as they head out for a marine adventure. The crews live by the "work hard, play harder" motto that gives them access to exotic perks few people get to experience.

JK G @RT62150346 03/20/2025 Upon watching This season in netflix terrifies me as it shows how power can derail and how bullies wins. It really upsetting, how Francesca being a leader handles the situation towards Elizabeth. Being a owner of a business i understand how pressure can effect the team. Elizabeth works so much as you can see in the show. This is really painful to watch! See more 02/24/2021 Francesca and Ash were conniving toward Liz. Elizabeth struggled with her work, that was made clear (especially by Ash & Francesca), however they were overly harsh, vicious, and condescending toward Liz. Every time Liz breathed wrong Francesca ran to Capt. Lee which was apparent that he formed a bias against Liz. Capt. Lee really only talked and had one on ones with Eddie and Francesca, and since Francesca obviously hated Liz he was only fed what she was doing wrong. Also, James is a douche for toying with Liz. I love Izzy and Rachel the most. Rachel was thrown under the bus for leaving mid season, but she is the only department that operates as a one man crew. If guests are being THAT demanding, a stew or deckhand should've assisted her in prep or an assistant should've been hired. Overall, this season was a let down because of Ash and Francesca because all this season accomplished was ganging up on Liz, the relationship between James and Liz, drunk Rachel, and Rachel's quitting. So stupid and a waste of time. Ash needs to grow up and quitting fueling fires. Oh, and let people speak for themselves. See more Read all reviews
