I really like it. Everything inside this universe is really cool. Questions about freedom, robotic and how the humankind take advanteges about replicant is carefully described in this serie. Waiting for a second season

I hope they make a second season!

Warms up slowly but finds its pace and rhythm after the first few episodes. It's a lightweight but enjoyable and faster paced dive into the world of Blade Runner, but nevertheless keeping to the themes and world building of the movies (note: you need to grit your teeth and get past the first couple episodes which are quite cheesy and bad)

I really wanted to give this show the benefit of the doubt, but they just ran a "recap episode", with mostly old content and retelling the story. Like really? That's still a thing?! That's a huge fail as far as I'm concerned. It's wasting the audience's time.

Don't get distracted by the questionable CGI face animation - this TV show is well worth your time and will please most Blade Runner fans by its compelling story and its stunning animated backgrounds.

Knowing the same group that made the crappy Netflix Ghost in the Shell (GitS being my favorite anime/manga ever) were making this I wasn't expecting much. CGI is awful, it looks like a Saturday morning cartoon, and the story isn't much more. The Blade Runner IP is an adult IP yet there is more complex storylines in Star Wars Resistance. There is a market for this type of entry, but this isn't going to cut it. I would go into what I like and don't like about the characters, but 7 episodes in and I can't tell you anything about any of them. I want my money back!

It's a slow burn, much like the original movie. The fight animation is very good but some of the character models feel a bit low res and have clunky movement. It's strange considering how fluid the fighting is.. I'm writing this review after having watched up to Episode 7. I'm looking forward to the upcoming shows, I'm giving it five stars as it deserves much better than a sub 50 audience score. I'm really enjoying it.

Adds to the quality stable of Blade Runner franchise. Very good. Has the tone, story, music, ambience of the BR verse... very pleased. Takes place between films, and fits right into the verse. I'd watch another season in a heartbeat. While the series does justice to the ambiance of the films, the dystopian Los Angeles setting very well, sometimes the animation/CGI of the people suffers from the quality that's present overall. My only complaint really is the half-hour lengths, would much rather have a deeper dive into the verse without week-long breaks, or be able to binge watch.

At odds with itself - I am halfway in and the style is spot on, hey have captured the Blade runner visual perfectly from the buildings, the spinners, the lighting - it all looks great. However as mentioned by a lot of other people its let down by the poor character animation, while the movements are good and fluid the faces look like retro ps3 cut scenes, the faces are smooth and lack the same detail given to the backgrounds. That said its engaging enough for me to keep watching, and for BR fans they are plenty of nods to the films

That one star goes to the background artists. This show is dull and a waste of the blade runner IP. The animation is also wildly inconsistent.
