California Highway Patrol motorcycle officers Jon Baker and Frank "Ponch" Poncherello cruise the freeways of Los Angeles, solve crimes and help people in trouble in this cop show. The stakes usually weren't very high -- the better to highlight the personal lives of Ponch and Jon.

Ben F @RT58131639 11/04/2024 5 great seasons. One of the reasons i went into civil service for 30 years. Season 6 was a betrayal to loyal fans. I was a youngster when it aired but still knew that the magic was gone with Jon, Bear, Jeb and Bonnie gone. The show writers, producers and network really screwed up. So many years of character development with no promotions etc, which could have been a source of more content. I just finished rewatching the entire show until the ninja episode of season 6. It made me so upset, I joined RT to leave a review. An idea is another Chips show using "show children" of the cast and incorporating the original cast. Just an idea. Less crash scenes of cars acrobatically flying through the air, it was getting kinda cheesy. See more 06/10/2016 bobby nelson so hot sexy cop uniform i have season 6 of him See more Read all reviews
