08/29/2019 Calling BS on the judges in Episode 1. It was clear from watching the prep and the judges commentary to the chefs that Chef Erica Shaw should have won the episode. Not only did the guy miscook the yucca but also miscooked the the potatoes that should not even have been on the plate.
