Chefs Aldo Lanzillotta and Jo Lusted are used to cooking with quality ingredients in professional kitchens. So they may feel a little out of place on this series that sees them pairing up with people who live in cottages -- and aren't necessarily gourmet chefs -- to prepare three-course meals in those kitchens. Another obstacle the professional chefs must overcome is the fact that they can use only ingredients and tools that are in each house; there's no restaurant-quality equipment to be found in these homes.
