A sitcom about a fortysomething divorcée with a teen son who reenters the dating pool. The second series opens with Jules (Courteney Cox) seeking advice from her new psychiatrist, played by former "Friends" co-star, Jennifer Aniston. Also, Bobby (Brian Van Holt) has to accept Jules and Grayson's (Josh Hopkins) relationship, and Jules suffers from empty-nest syndrome when Travis (Dan Byrd) moves away to college.

Cougar Town is a show about our leisure hours and how we entertain each other in order to get through life, and while that means it will never be particularly deep, that doesn't keep it from being consistently creative or hilarious.

Season 2 was funnier than season 1 with a coherent story line but the writing was still terrible, it's just not my kind of humour.
