The cutthroat country music scene is center stage in this original series, which follows a cast of budding artists who look for their big breaks while balancing rivalries and relationships both personal and professional. As nightly regulars of the social scene, the diverse group of musicians and industry insiders form bonds that lead to love triangles, tangled alliances, broken hearts ... and perhaps a country hit or two. Among those featured are Lee Holyfield, the daughter of legendary songwriter Wayland Holyfield; Leroy Powell, a country rocker who, following a breakup with Lee, has his sights set on newcomer Hannah Fairlight, a sultry songbird from Atlanta; Anthony Billups, Leroy's best friend and part-owner of one of Nashville's hottest music venues; April Nemeth, an aspiring artist manager who represents her boyfriend, cowboy crooner Jimmy Stanley; and Heather Byrd, a veteran publicist and well-connected insider who is the glue among the artists.
