You can tell when an author has run out of real ideas for what to do with his story and his characters, because he throws everyone in a great big fighting tournament while he waits for some kind of genuine inspiration to strike. Go to Full Review

DBZ attempted what would be the first of many attempts to bring back what worked in "Dragon Ball" -- the martial arts tournament. Of the three times DBZ tried this, it worked by far the best for Cell. Go to Full Review
