With sharp writing and a strong sense of what it is to be young, drunk and at uni, Fresh Meat doesn't just nail the student experience - it also breathes life into the stale house-share sitcom. Go to Full Review

Fresh Meat is a show that seems to be getting better at every level at the start of its second season while also taking daring storytelling risks. Go to Full Review

Hopefully, there'll be improvements made along the way but this opening episode isn't promising. Go to Full Review

07/29/2021 This is unarguably the best series of a brilliant show. It pulls the audience in with a strong first episode where new characters are introduced and some old characters have been revamped for a Fresh start. Sabine and Giles stand out as strong, hilarious characters who definitely are a positive addition to the show. And then there was Heather, an OK character who becomes increasingly more unlikeable throughout the series. The original 6 characters are still as hilarious as ever, with characters like Kingsley, Oregon and Vod definitely becoming more interesting (in a good way). Meanwhile, JP and Howard and are as brilliant as ever and Josie is still manipulative and horrible as ever but still is an entertaining character nonetheless. Overall, this is my favourite season of my favourite show with loveable characters, hilarious jokes and brilliant writing, 10/10. See more Read all reviews
