"If You Really Knew Me" attempts to break down the boundaries that separate the cool kids from the outcasts in high school. Each episode takes place at a different school, and follows five students from various cliques as they take part in Challenge Day, a program that aims to change the way students view their school, each other and, perhaps most importantly, themselves.
