The Mustang Million is an annual competition that challenges horse trainers across the country to transform feral mustangs into willing and trusting equine partners. Nat Geo Wild covers the event with a three-part miniseries, introducing five mustang trainers who compete for their share of the contest's million-dollar prize. Each trainer has four months to turn their adopted mustang into a show horse, a process that includes creating a horse stunt that is imaginative and daring, and producing choreography that demonstrates the trainer's command of the animal. The Mustang Million takes place over five days in Fort Worth, Texas.
