Nadiya Hussain, the 2015 winner of "The Great British Bake Off" travels the length and breadth of the United Kingdom to find out more about the nation's culinary scene. In each episode, Hussain visits a different part of the country to meet farmers and others in the food industry that share her passion for great local produce. Inspired by what she has learnt, Hussain then returns to her own kitchen to create a selection of starters, main courses and desserts that include a wide variety of British ingredients.
