Charming British nanny Phoebe Figalilly (Juliet Mills) provides welcome relief to widower professor Harold Everett (Richard Long) when it comes to handling his three out-of-control children. While Phoebe doesn't appear to possess any magical abilities a la Mary Poppins, she does have a finely developed intuition, which always leaves her charges wondering.
