Critic Reviews for On Pointe Season 1
All Critics (3) | Top Critics (1) | Fresh (2) | Rotten (1)
It's a bit of a disappointment to find that On Pointe, a six-part series about the prestigious School of American Ballet, doesn't contain enough tension to fill a toe shoe.
Inspiring docuseries follows kids with ballet pro dreams.
An interesting look at something we usually only see on scripted TV shows, exaggerated to dramatic effect.
Audience Reviews for On Pointe: Season 1

Dec 30, 2020Unfortunately this documentary is dry and boring and the kids seem robotic, like they are reading a teleprompter when they are talking. There is no emotion or element of human fraility....very tedious to watch.
