It could have been a way to introduce a younger audience to Sabrina with some recognizable characters. However, it just never captured the same magic that the sitcom did, lasting only a single season.

Although Sabrina: The Animated Series lacks some of the wit and magic of the original series, it's still a charming, positive show with plots that tweens should be able to relate to.

Audience Reviews for Sabrina, the Animated Series: Season 1

Lacks originality in some episodes, but it does teach good lessons to kids, though it does seem preachy at times. Still a very charming show and Sabrina's a relatable and likable character for the target audience.
