As the wife of an ailing but very wealthy town selectman, Mary Sibley holds the distinction of being the most powerful sorceress in Salem, Mass. To write such a horrific tale on the backs of all those that lost their lives and make it so fantastical and dark is disturbing. Why not just use a made up town? It's a hard watch. Was expecting something totally different. Tried to hang in but couldn't get past the first couple episodes. Hard pass.
