Like its HGTV predecessor "Selling New York," this series is a look into the ultracompetitive world of high-end real estate sales, with the focus shifting to three firms that operate in sunny Southern California. The business can be cold, however, as reputations and six-figure commissions are at stake in daily battles to win well-heeled clients and close multimillionaire deals. The show highlights luxury homes in Los Angeles neighborhoods such as Beverly Hills, Malibu, Santa Monica, the Sunset Strip and others.
