Wildlife filmmaker Simon Kings brings his family along for this adventure, which finds them living in the Shetland Islands. King, with wife Marguerite and daughter Savannah, rents a cottage, and the family spends time braving harsh elements, including high winds, driving rain and -- given the proximity to the North Pole -- darkness for eight months of the year. The family tolerates the conditions in order to film wildlife in spectacular settings.
