Using his ability to plumb the psyches of suspects and develop successful strategies for systemized interviews, the highly decorated law enforcement officer has helped solve more than 400 murder cases. Now, Detective Waters teaches interrogation techniques to police forces around the country. Known for his smooth-talking style, Waters uses strategic lines of questioning to lay out the facts of the case, leaving the perpetrator with no option but to tell the truth.
