Retired quarterback Kurt Warner knows about getting a second chance at getting one's dream job. He went from working in a grocery store to being a starting quarterback in the NFL in a five-year period, eventually earning multiple MVP awards and a championship ring. So he's the perfect host for this reality series that gives people another go-around to realize their dreams and rewrite their life stories in the process. In each episode, Warner surprises someone with the opportunity of a lifetime: a chance to pursue the career they've always wanted but never achieved. The subject leaves his home and family behind to be mentored by an expert in the chosen field -- including race car driving, captaining a sailboat in the America's Cup and conducting an orchestra -- in preparation for the interview of a lifetime. In the end the person must decide whether to accept the job, if offered, or go back to the life he has had all along.
