‘The Royals’ needed sharper, felt writing. When a character exhorts a bunch of influencers, ‘do ‘Gram the hell out of us’, it says more about the intention — and the potential audience — of the series than anything else. Go to Full Review

For a show like this to succeed, you need smoking-hot vibes between the lead actors and a crackling script that modernises and empowers classic themes. Neither holds true for The Royals. Go to Full Review

The Royals is a hallowed congregation of abysmal writing and disinterested filmmaking, and the union is specifically designed to make only one unit suffer: the audience. Go to Full Review

Nikhil A @RT12143966 Jun 19 So fun to watch!! Music and direction is absolutely spot on ! Love the chemistry build between the characters - absolutely sexy See more prachi b @RT39095169 Jun 13 Liked it, it is a must watch. Not boring not slow moving. Lots of scenes, good dialogues. All the characters are given important individual stories which makes the entire show for a good combination of stories. It is a nice change of Indian TV dramas and the dialogues are equally nice. All the 8 episodes have some element of suspense. Koi story kheechte nahi hai, sab fatafat hota hai. The crux of the story is also beautiful and the way the characters are related with the common people is a nice touch. Very few songs and the entire show has the potential for season 2, waiting for season 2. I recommend this show See more Samrina A @RT32181523 Jun 13 The season was very awful. Ishaan acting was actually copy of shahid kapoor and instead of bhoomi the director should caste jhanvi kapoor See more Laura D @RT99689271 May 28 The Royals is big fun to watch to take your mind off of today’s’ ills. The beginning made me a little nuts. It was a but too frenetic at first, but once bonded with the characters, it was an absolute delight. See more Hívynna A @RT09696345 May 23 Is the first indian serie that I have very emotions,I'm very excited for the next season! See more Neetish C @RT77895713 May 21 Very entertaining romantic comedy series with loads of twists and unexpected events. The only downside is that it can't be watched with family and kids due to loads of erotic scenes between the actor and the actress. Otherwise I would had given it a 5 star rating.
