Mid-season we are finally getting down to the better voices. I like the changed vibe with our new judges, particularly Chance the Rapper. Chance's ear definitely catches things the other judges don't. Do the judges still make occasional choices that I question? Sure. Will the correct voices make it to the finals? At least a couple will. Does the Playoff Pass help or hinder those who received it? I think it'll hurt them, as they have less time to make their personalities and voices known to the judges and the audience. However - if the show was truly about THE VOICE - the singer would never be seen. Ever. Too many choices are made based on appearance and showmanship and sob stories. See more Michael L @RT51418730 04/19/2023 The quality of the show has sunk so low, it's nearly unwatchable. Blake Shelton leaving the show might help a bit. The singers are not nearly the quality of American Idol. The singers just do run after run, which for me, is the cheapest form of singing. I feel the judges aren't honest with the contestants when they clearly are not performing up to entertainment standards. Many times the contests are of the quality of a cruise ship singer or a bar act at best. If it weren't for Kelly Clarkson, I think the whole show would collapse.
