Jennifer Peña
Born September 17, 1983, Jennifer Peña gained recognition as a Tejano and Latin pop singer, following in the footsteps of her idol Selena. Peña's career took off when she performed at the "Selena ¡VIVE!" tribute concert in 1995. She released her debut album "Dulzura" in 1996, which was followed by a string of successful albums, including "Abrázame y Bésame" (2000) and "Libre" (2002), the latter earning her a Grammy nomination. Peña has also ventured into acting, appearing in the film "Love of My Loves" (2014) and the telenovela "Burning for Revenge" (2008). Throughout her career, she has garnered various awards and nominations from the Latin Billboard Music Awards and Latin Grammys. Though her musical output has slowed in recent years, she continues to make appearances in music specials and performances, remaining a beloved figure in Latin music.
