Sharon Ferguson was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. Ferguson worked on a variety of projects during her early entertainment career, including"Buffy the Vampire Slayer" "Malcolm X" (1992) and "Seapower: A Global Journey" (PBS, 1993-94). She also contributed to "Who Plays God? Medicine, Money & Ethics in American Health Care" (PBS, 1995-96) and "Women: Stories of Passion" (Showtime, 1996-2001). She continued to work steadily in television throughout the nineties and the early 2000s, appearing on "The District" (CBS, 2000-04) and "Alias" (ABC, 2001-06). Her work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Looking For Lola" (Showtime, 1999-2000). Her career progressed to film, including a role in the comedy "Out to Sea" (1997) with Jack Lemmon. Ferguson focused on film in more recent years, appearing in the Mike Myers smash hit comedy sequel "Austin Powers in Goldmember" (2002), the Jennifer Carpenter horror movie "Quarantine" (2008) and the Adam Sandler smash hit comedy "Just Go With It" (2011). Ferguson most recently acted on "Fear The Walking Dead" (AMC, 2014-).
